So I was contacted for a preliminary interview, but then they told me I wasn't qualified for the role and should consider an entry-level position. Then, like, months later, the same recruiter emailed me again saying I'm not qualified and they're not moving forward. Honestly, they should check resumes before the first interview.

Applied via recruiter. The hiring process stretched out over a few weeks due to the holiday season. My interviews with Burwood Group in Chicago, IL occurred in February 2018. It started with an HR call, which was a really pleasant chat. Next up was a call with a Team Lead, who was super smart and kept the conversation flowing easily. They didn't do any tricky 'stump the chump' style questions. The focus was more on my past experience, my personality, and what I was looking for career-wise in terms of future skills. Then, I had a call with the Practice Director, another very bright individual. This conversation centered on my personality and my aspirations for developing new skills. The final step was an in-person meeting with several team members from various departments. Everyone I spoke with was intelligent, driven, and a genuine pleasure to talk to.

We started with a phone screen with a recruiter. Then, a second phone screen with the hiring manager. After that, a third phone screen that was more technical with someone from the innovation team. Finally, we had a group panel interview in person in the Chicago office with members from various departments including Project Management, Sales, Architecture, Service Delivery, Management, and Innovation.
