Applied online. Then the office manager/admin assistant called to schedule an interview. The interview was with one person from upper management and another person. They asked about my past experience, education, and qualifications. They also asked what would make me an asset to the company, my strengths and weaknesses, and for a past example of dealing with and resolving a problem. It felt like a typical interview. I had time to ask questions about the role and company. They mentioned the pay scale based on my education. After the interview, they offered me the job, pending a background check and reference checks. I accepted and started training a few weeks later.

I got a call and we set up an interview. I arrived at Burrell a bit early, and the interview started a little late, but it was fine. The interviewers seemed a bit nervous at first. They mostly talked about the job and asked me some questions about how I'd handle different work scenarios. They asked me some situational questions, but not too many about my personal background. Then they asked if I had any questions for them. After that, I filled out an application and gave them a copy of my ID. A few hours later, one of my references let me know they had been contacted.

I interviewed at a job fair and was hired immediately. It was super easy and laid back. I have heard that the regular interviews are in group form and are more intense. That being said, the easiest way to land a job with Burrell is finding them at a job fair.
