Care Manager
I reached out to the director with my resume, and they quickly replied, setting up an interview. It was easy to schedule. The interview itself felt relaxed, and the team was really welcoming. The director and assistant director were clearly experts in their field. I got to ask plenty of questions, and they were all answered fully and without feeling rushed. I also got a tour of the place and chatted with some of the staff. After that, I filled out an application and was told HR would be in touch. HR contacted me shortly after, and the hiring process got going right away. HR stayed in close contact and was super helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. I was really impressed with how professional and friendly everything was.

I was called in for an interview and was told I would get a call back regardless of whether or not they wanted to hire me. I have not gotten a call back yet, but whether or not I get offered the position, I will not accept it. The interviewer was extremely rude to me, condescending, and asked very personal questions that I was not comfortable answering. The questions were worded in a very offensive way. I do not recommend interviewing with this company. My views are if you are being treated badly by the interviewer, you probably won't be respected as an employee.

- What kind of knowledge do you have of computer systems?
Community Support Specialist
I got a call and we set up an interview. I arrived at Burrell a bit early, and the interview started a little late, but it was fine. The interviewers seemed a bit nervous at first. They mostly talked about the job and asked me some questions about how I'd handle different work scenarios. They asked me some situational questions, but not too many about my personal background. Then they asked if I had any questions for them. After that, I filled out an application and gave them a copy of my ID. A few hours later, one of my references let me know they had been contacted.

Revenue Cycle Benefits and Eligibility Specialist
It was a telephone interview with two interviewers, though one of them didn't really participate. The rapport was really bad. The job description wasn't accurate compared to what was discussed during the interview. They only asked three questions and the whole thing took less than 10 minutes. I decided to withdraw my application after it was over.
