The interview process started with an onsite campus interview. Following that, I met with groups of attorneys, with each interaction lasting about 15-20 minutes. These interviews took place over a single day. During breaks between these interview groups, I had lunch with some of the attorneys. The process also included a background check.

I had one initial virtual interview over Zoom. Then I had a second interview in person at their HQ in Birmingham. It was very collegial, and they didn't ask any trick questions, mostly focusing on getting to know me as a person.
