I think I was the first person to apply for this job in Dubai. First, I submitted an online application. Then I had a phone interview. After that, they sent me an email to check if I was available at their preferred time, which I confirmed. The interview was a general Q&A session, and then they gave me a tour of the office. They said they'd get back to me in a few weeks, but it took 4 months. When I asked why I was rejected, they said they'd consider me for future roles if I gained more experience. I suspect they meant they'd be interested if someone else trained me first.
