Then, they asked me some questions about my presentation. After that, we went over my CV, and finally, they asked some behavioral questions.

Consultant
The interview process involved a discussion about my CV and previous experiences. They asked about the skills I was hoping to gain in the role and which aspects of the team's work interested me the most. Additionally, I had to give a presentation on a past project and then answer questions about it. The conversation felt quite natural, even though they seemed to be focusing on specific areas.
- What are your desired developmental skills within the team?
- Could you walk us through your CV?
- Considering the project you presented, is there anything about the policy environment in which you undertook it that you would have preferred to alter?
