& Process

I applied for an internal DH Recruiter job and a recruiter reached out to me really fast, within two hours. They asked if I was more interested in a staffing events role or a staff assistant role. I said I preferred the events job, and then they invited me for an interview the next day. I went in and met with four different people for about two hours. I sent thank you notes to all of them, and got offered the events position a few days later. It was a super quick and easy process.

I began my tenure in an administrative capacity at the Greenway office, providing support to the recruitment team and managing phone communications. Although this was initially a temporary position, it functioned as a de facto working interview before I was officially hired on a permanent basis. The hiring manager, Sue Burnett, conducted a formal interview prior to my permanent placement.

I applied to ZipRecruiter and got contacted by the recruiting manager at Burnette Specialist. They wanted me to interview with their client, Camden. I had a one-on-one in-person interview with Camden where they asked me basic questions about my experience, my background, and what I knew about the company.
