I applied online twice and then got a recruitment email, so I decided to apply again. I scheduled my interview for two days after I got the email. The interviewer never called me on the day of the interview, which was disappointing because I know the store needs staff. I worked there before the pandemic and it's gone downhill since then, they can't keep people. They should be hiring and interviewing as much as possible. I won't be applying or shopping there anymore.

Operations Manager role is super varied, covering things like loss prevention, front-end operations, receiving, and accounting. The hiring process isn't what it used to be with all these tests. It was just one interview with one person, and then the offer. Easy.
