The interview was very behavioral based, even the screening. The questions were very in-depth and situational, specially asking for context of what happened, how you handled the situation, and then the outcome.

So they really wanted good people. The recruiter I chatted with called me up before I even finished my application, maybe because I'm an HR major and there's not many of us. We were supposed to meet on campus, but they ended up calling me over Skype instead. The interviewer was super nice and made it really easy to talk, telling me to ask whatever I needed. He wanted me to come ready with questions about the company and the intern program, so definitely do that! Even though it went well and I got good feedback, I didn't make it to the next round. Their program is super competitive nationally, so it's tough. The whole thing moved fast - got the call Monday, interview Thursday, and heard back the next Monday.
