I was invited for a phone interview but they never called. When I tried to reach out, I got the runaround and was eventually told they were fully staffed. They kept saying they would call me back but never did, and would put me on hold until they hung up. Overall, it was a horrible process.

It was a pretty simple interview. I had one round with the store manager where they asked me about my past experience and why I wanted to work at their company. The whole thing took about 30 minutes. They also asked about my availability for part-time and full-time shifts.

It was a pretty straightforward interview. The first interviewer was a bit odd, but he wanted me to come back for a second interview with his assistant. She was quiet and reserved. After she stepped out to talk with him, she returned and then scheduled a third interview with the District Manager.
