I applied online. The first interview was over Teams with some junior staff. They asked basic knowledge questions, questions about myself, and questions about my CV. Then there was an aptitude test online, which was pretty easy. The final round was an interview with experienced leaders where we talked more about the role and their expectations for employment. They really emphasized how repetitive the job is, mentioning it multiple times.
