HR reached out before the interview to set a time and have me fill out an application. Then, one of the PEs led the interview with standard questions. After the interview, I met the office team and learned about their work and what I'd be doing. About a week later, HR let me know their decision.

I started with a phone screening with a really nice HR person. They asked about my background and if I met the job requirements. Then, I had an in-person interview with my potential supervisor, who is a PE, and another PE who joined virtually because they were in a different location. The questions felt more like a chat than a formal interview, and they were pretty straightforward. I really connected with both engineers and felt like the job, based on my background and the expectations, would be a great match. I wish all interviews were this pleasant!
