The interview process had three stages. First was a telephone interview with an in-house recruiter. They were very nice, discussed my CV, salary expectations, and potential start dates. The second stage was a face-to-face interview with a Planning Manager. They went through my CV, asked me to discuss my planning experience, system experience, knowledge on OTB, and why I want to work for Burberry. It was in a casual setting with lovely offices, though the reception check-in took ages. The third stage was a face-to-face interview with three more employees: two Planning Managers and the Planning Director. This stage involved more competency-based questions, asking for planning examples. Again, questions were asked about why Burberry, and everyone was casual and very nice. However, they prefer candidates with luxury brand experience.

I applied through a referral and heard back within a week. First, there was a 30-minute phone screening, followed by a recorded video interview. They gave quick feedback, stating I didn't advance to the 1-to-1 interview because the managers were looking for someone with prior experience in buying.

I applied online and got a phone interview scheduled for two days later. However, they didn't call me at the scheduled time. I texted and emailed them for a response, but received no reply. So I decided to call them directly and managed to reschedule for the next day. The interview itself went fine, but the overall experience felt like I was being neglected.
