I talked to HR first, and then to the Director about two weeks later. The whole process took two months from the first email to getting rejected. The communication was terrible, honestly the worst I've experienced in my 7+ years of interviewing. Emails weren't answered, interviews got rescheduled without warning, and I'd chase responses for weeks with no reply. It was a mess.
