The interview was really friendly and straightforward. They asked about competencies and experiences, but no situation questions. It was a very relaxed interview that lasted about 30 minutes. The questions asked were basic and nothing too challenging. Approaches to sustainability etc is key.

So I got contacted by my interviewer over the phone and they asked me a few quick questions, mostly about my resume. After that, they invited me to come in for an interview at their office. The interview itself was pretty straightforward, mostly behavioral questions. They asked about my proficiency with Microsoft Office. It wasn't a super tough process at all.

The interview process was smooth and professional, lasting only about 15 minutes. The interviewer was very nice and easy to talk to. We discussed my work experience and education, and my motivations for wanting to intern. I also had the chance to share my portfolio.
