First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Burberry.
Customer Service Representative
It was a total disaster of a process. I applied for a customer service role requiring a foreign language. They had me do about ten different tests, including online ones, a video of me speaking the language, timed video questions, two interviews, and more tests during an assessment day in Leeds. The day after the assessment, they called saying they loved me and wanted to offer me the job, but there was one last test. I did that and they said it was great, but instead of an offer, they asked for yet another test. Then they told me my second language skills weren't good enough! After weeks of tests, traveling over 800 miles for the assessment day, and being told I had the job, this was a huge slap in the face. I lived abroad for 17 years, held senior roles, traveled for the company, and Burberry told me my language skills weren't up to par! A complete waste of time and I felt insulted.

Customer Service Associate
The interview process was very casual and enjoyable. The first interview was a phone call, followed by a second interview with the head of department via Teams. All the contacts from Burberry were a joy to speak with, making the process comfortable and less stressful.
