I had a 15 minute HR call first, then I interviewed with two managers on Microsoft Teams. It was a competency based interview, so I had to give examples from my past experience. They offered me the job, which I accepted at first. But, the onboarding was bad. I had a phone call with occupational health who were rude and disorganized. I then withdrew my offer and complained about the assessor. I wouldn't suggest working with BUPA if you have health issues, especially mental health.

It was disappointing communication. I had a first and second stage interview, and then I got an automated email saying I wasn't successful. I think after I gave 2 hours of my time, they could have at least written an email or given some feedback.
