The interview process was pretty bad, honestly. I initially applied in August, and they replied with an interview in October. Then they said they hadn’t gotten anything until February? The interview itself was alright and pretty easy. They send stuff to prep with, so it wasn’t difficult.

So the interview process involves a role play, some questions, and then we'll dive into like, tell me about a time you did something, and how would you deal with a particular situation. We'll go over your previous roles, your strengths, weaknesses, and then talk about your goals, your ambition, your drive, your determination. We'll also discuss work-life balance, shifts, the bonus, KPIs, and lots of other things. Previous experience is preferred, and we'll touch on work hours.

It was a long process, over a month total. Started with an online test and a pre-recorded video interview analyzed by AI, where you must use specific keywords or it's an auto-fail. If you pass that, you have a final interview with an internal recruiter who was unprofessional and distracting, plus their helper who just takes notes. The interview included standard customer service questions, situation-specific ones like handling difficult customers, and some healthcare industry questions that are hard to answer without prior experience. The next day, another recruiter calls with the results, but they don't share your score breakdown, just if you passed.
