The interview process had 3 rounds in total. The first round was an assessment test. The second round was with the hiring manager and it was very short, only 15 minutes. The last round was a full day of work at the office, called 'GSD'. For this last round, you get 2 assessment questions via email and you have to present your answers to the hiring manager. The assessment questions I got were quite large, making it difficult to finish and understand the company within the 6-hour timeframe provided.

The process started with a job application, followed by a cultural fit scan and cognitive ability test from Neurolytics. Then, there was a skill test via an online Google Form. After that, I had an interview with the Team Lead and a 'Get Things Done Day.' They claim to prioritize skills over resumes, but it seems your resume is heavily scrutinized, and they probe a lot about past companies instead of focusing on your actual skills or projects. I had hoped Bunq would be different, but it felt like any other company. All communication was via email, and I was prompt with responses and scheduling, which helped me reach the team lead round easily. However, after that, there was a silence for over 20 days with no clear updates or feedback. The role's expectations were never clearly defined. The entire process felt disorganized and frustrating due to poor communication, and the worst part is they ghost candidates after making them wait. It would be respectful to at least provide feedback on what went wrong or areas for improvement.

The interview process, while having a few steps, is pretty direct and doesn't drag on. First, you'll do a personality test along with some logic and abstract reasoning tests. Then, there's a 30-minute chat with the hiring manager. Finally, you'll spend a day at the office, which wraps up with some assessments.
