When you apply you always get a test via TestGorilla first, this consists of 3 parts. 1= personality test 2= IQ test 3= English language. What I heard is that you need to score at least 75% on these tests to move on to the next step. If you succeed you get another questionnaire that specifically concerns the job you are applying for and how you would act. This question list has multiple choice and open questions. If you have also completed this well enough, you might get to speak to a person. Until then, it's all tests and forms.

The process is pretty automated. You submit answers to two questions online and then get an email detailing the steps. They don't ask for your CV, but those initial questions kind of cover it. It has 4 main steps, but I only got through two before being cut. First was a psych and IQ test. Second was a skills test. I didn't make it to the manager interview or the MAD day in the office, so I can't speak to those. The skills test felt off for the role and wasn't explained well; a practice test would have been helpful for timing. But, communication was good. HR responded quickly and was available for questions, unlike companies that ghost you. The timer on the tests was confusing; it seemed like it included practice questions, but it actually started after them, at least for the skills test.

The interview process mostly involved general questions about my past experience, with a strong emphasis on specific metrics outlined in the job posting. There was also a somewhat unusual IQ test, which seemed straightforward to complete, although its purpose and impact on job suitability remain unclear. The interviewer was primarily interested in experience directly relevant to the role, rather than broader professional history. This approach seems appropriate for the position.
