I only did the online assessment. It was long, very focused on personality and logic tests, and wasn't much about the actual role. It's not good that you’re being filtered by algorithms rather than a person.

I applied online to bunq and heard back the next day from a recruiter who wanted to schedule a personality test and a Skype interview. I didn't hear anything else until the interview week later. I looked up the company on Glassdoor while prepping for the phone interview and got a bit psyched out by the company culture, which doesn't sound great. After the phone interview, they let me know they weren't moving forward because my salary expectations were too high (even though they're average industry standard). The hiring process involves an online application, an MBTI personality test, a Skype interview, a take-home test, an in-person interview, a trial day, and then an offer.
