It was a super long hiring journey, taking like 4 months from applying to getting the offer. First up were three technical phone screens. Then, I had a virtual on-site day that ran from 9 AM to 6 PM. This whole day included six interviews. After all those interviews, there was also some homework. The interviews covered a mix: two behavioral chats, two design discussions, one algorithms problem, and one testing-focused interview. They gave me the offer about two weeks after that, but then I spent another four weeks negotiating, even with better offers from elsewhere, and didn't get any better terms.

I applied for an entry-level position. I got a programming test within 2 days, completed it and sent it back about a week later. Half a day after submitting, I was offered a phone interview for the following week. This initial phone interview was with a senior recruiter, and it was pretty casual and relaxed, the conversation went well. However, the day after that, I was informed they had decided to proceed with other candidates. I felt I did well on the programming test and the phone screen seemed positive. My best guess for not moving forward is my lack of experience, but if that's the case, I think they should have had a phone screen with me before giving me the programming test.
