They asked for a first round within 24hours after my application. I had the chance to meet the CEO, a really professional meeting, talking about my gals and ambitions. I also had a paper-based questionnaire before meeting again with the CEO for talking about the position he would offer me. It was a great professional experience, knowing it was just my second american interview. You just have to be confident in yourself and there is no reasons why it couldn't work.
