I went through three interviews with different BPI folks. The first was a phone call, and the other two were video calls done back-to-back. The first video call was with more senior people, and the second was with folks closer to my potential level. Everyone was super nice and easy to chat with, which made things pretty comfortable.

So, the interview process was like, three rounds, you know? It started with an HR phone call, then we had a thirty min one on one, and the last part was a final round interview with a bunch of team members, like multiple conversations. Oh, and they also gave me a writing prompt to do in the middle of everything.

The interview process was super easy and went well. Everything from setting up the interview to finishing it was communicated clearly and organized. The interview was chill, and the questions felt like they made sense and led to a natural chat. The interviewers were nice and professional, making it a comfortable vibe to share my thoughts and experiences. All in all, it was a quick and not stressful process, which left me feeling good about it.
