First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bullseye Event Marketing.
Marketing
I found the job online and got a call pretty fast, like within 24 hours. When I got to the interview, there were like 4 other people there for the same job, and some of them hadn't even finished college yet. The interview started about 30 minutes late, which was weird because they seemed to schedule people too close together. The interviewer had my resume and asked what I'm currently doing. She mentioned this job was like an entry-level one and you could move up and make your own schedule. She also said they often have events on weekends. I told her right away that I can't work weekends, so that was pretty much the end of it. I thanked her and wished them luck.
- What are your current responsibilities?
Marketing Assistant
I was really interested in learning about their client marketing strategies during the first interview. The second interview was even more insightful, focusing not just on marketing tactics but also on the company's growth and the need for strong partnerships to build a larger organization. The whole process was surprisingly thorough and in-depth, and I learned a lot. Since the growth opportunities aligned with my personal goals, I accepted the offer after the third round, and I'm happy with that decision.
- What drives your motivation to lead and develop others?
Marketing Assistant
So, there were 3 rounds in total. The best part was the last one where I actually got to see the event happening, which was super cool. This round was way more detailed. They went over the guaranteed pay, the career growth path, and how their training works. Plus, I got to meet more of the team members. It was a really hands-on experience, and I thought it was awesome that they let candidates see it in person like that.
- What advice would you give your previous employer or manager?
