First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bullseye Event Marketing.
Event Communications Assistant
The interview was a 3 step process and they were very big on professional dress. The interview went smooth, nothing too extreme. The woman giving the interview was very young and made the job seem very high-end. However, once I noticed it was a sales job, I was very uninterested. She was very professional and sweet, but I did not like how the job was being platformed as a professional office job when it wasn't.
- Can you work long shifts?
Marketing Assistant
I was really interested in learning about their client marketing strategies during the first interview. The second interview was even more insightful, focusing not just on marketing tactics but also on the company's growth and the need for strong partnerships to build a larger organization. The whole process was surprisingly thorough and in-depth, and I learned a lot. Since the growth opportunities aligned with my personal goals, I accepted the offer after the third round, and I'm happy with that decision.
- What drives your motivation to lead and develop others?
PR Manager
This was a three-round interview process that felt way more intense than it needed to be, making them seem like a legit company. Then I spent days playing phone tag to find out if I got the job, and I just kept calling them because it felt like a scam. They clearly have employees write fake positive reviews because this place is a total pyramid scheme.
- The questions were pretty standard, though they made it feel like you were applying for the most intense company in the world.
- It honestly felt like I was in a Google interview, except instead of working at Google, you sell "high end products" (aka cheap face scrubs) to people at Costco.
PR Assistant
It's a three step interview process. the first is just preliminary, the second you go on site to one of the "events" (selling some product in a Costco), the third you take a test about what you learned at the second. Extreme for an $8 an hour job. This is for high school students. They say it's marketing but it's sales and really rigorous and disappointing.
- What are the four steps in selling?
