Behavioral Case

There were a lot of interview steps. First - phone screening with the recruiter, Second - 30 mins interview with the VP, Third - 2 hrs of Back to Back interviews with the cross functional partners. I personally thought the two hours back to back 4 online interview was really silly because you are basically introducing yourself over and over again. By the 3rd round you are so tired and you are also mentally drained! They need to do a panel interview for an hour! Its not sustainable in my opinion!

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It involved about 3-4 rounds in total. It started with an initial HR screen call. After that, I had a video interview with the hiring manager. Then, I met with three team members. The final step was a 30-minute interview with the CEO. Everyone I spoke with was really easy to talk to and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. Most of the interviews felt more like conversations.

So over the course of about 1.5-2 weeks there were three stages of interviews. The last stage was a 2 hour interview with 4 different employees. That final stage was split into four 30 minute interviews.
