First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bulletproof 360.
Brand Manager
There were a lot of interview steps. First - phone screening with the recruiter, Second - 30 mins interview with the VP, Third - 2 hrs of Back to Back interviews with the cross functional partners. I personally thought the two hours back to back 4 online interview was really silly because you are basically introducing yourself over and over again. By the 3rd round you are so tired and you are also mentally drained! They need to do a panel interview for an hour! Its not sustainable in my opinion!
- Tell me about yourself?
- How have you collaborated with sales teams in the past to secure store placements?
- Which brand do you admire most and what is the reasoning behind your choice?
Brand Manager
The interview process was pretty straightforward. It involved about 3-4 rounds in total. It started with an initial HR screen call. After that, I had a video interview with the hiring manager. Then, I met with three team members. The final step was a 30-minute interview with the CEO. Everyone I spoke with was really easy to talk to and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. Most of the interviews felt more like conversations.
- Can you tell me about your experience working with cross-functional teams?
- What's your approach to positioning a product for target consumers?
- How do you approach product launches and new innovations?
Associate Brand Manager
So over the course of about 1.5-2 weeks there were three stages of interviews. The last stage was a 2 hour interview with 4 different employees. That final stage was split into four 30 minute interviews.
- Can you tell me about a brand you currently like?
