Quality Assurance Manager
It was a great experience. First, I had a phone screening with HR, then I interviewed with the hiring manager. After that, I met with 6 other cross-functional team members. All the interviews were one-on-one, not a panel, and they felt more like conversations than strict question-and-answer sessions.
- Tell me about a time when you encountered a difficult situation in quality assurance.
- Can you share an instance where you had to handle a challenging stakeholder concerning quality matters?
- Describe a situation where you were able to enhance a quality assurance process.
Brand Manager
There were a lot of interview steps. First - phone screening with the recruiter, Second - 30 mins interview with the VP, Third - 2 hrs of Back to Back interviews with the cross functional partners. I personally thought the two hours back to back 4 online interview was really silly because you are basically introducing yourself over and over again. By the 3rd round you are so tired and you are also mentally drained! They need to do a panel interview for an hour! Its not sustainable in my opinion!
- Tell me about yourself?
- How have you collaborated with sales teams in the past to secure store placements?
- Which brand do you admire most and what is the reasoning behind your choice?
Project Manager
The hiring process was super quick and easy. The recruiters were really on the ball and got back to me fast, so the whole thing moved quickly. Expect to have a bunch of interviews in a short amount of time. You'll get to meet several team members, which is awesome for getting a feel for the company culture and who you might be working with.
- Can you share an instance where you improved a project management process at a past job?
- Describe a situation where a team member was uncooperative and hindering project progress. How did you address it?
- What aspects of this particular position caught your eye?
Fulfillment and Distribution Manager
The interview process was thorough and Bulletproof followed up quickly and when they said they would which was refreshing. There was a screening with HR, then an interview with the hiring manager, followed by a case study. After that there was a panel interview with 3-4 other people who interact with the team I was interviewing to be on, as well as 2 interviews with employees I would be managing which I thought was cool. The final interview was with the hiring manager again to recap the process and the case study. Overall a great experience and great people I got to interview with. Because of how thorough they are you can tell how important it is to them to bring the right people onto the team.
