The interview was on Zoom. They asked basic questions about what I know about the store, my product knowledge, and my customer service experience. They also asked me to tell them about a time I handled a difficult situation and how I resolved it.

THEY LIED THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE INTERVIEW PROCESS: -during the interview, they said the salary started at a certain amount and then they could offer more depending on experience. When presenting me an offer, they only offered the starting amount they talked about and it turned out to be a lie that they could offer more based on experience. They have ZERO room to negotiate and will only offer you the lowest salary mentioned in earlier rounds -in exchange for a lower salary, they stressed that I would be able to work from home full time after my probation period ends, like all my peers with similar roles. They stressed that they hope this flexibility in working arrangements would make up for low salary. But 2 months into working there, they got rid of remote working company wide which is crazy and deceptive. -they said it was flexible working hours during the interview. In the offer I accepted, it states you could start working whenever as long as you work your full hours. In reality, they penalize those who work nonstandard hours outside of 7:30am est to 4pm est as this is when senior management likes to be in office as they all live within 10 minutes from the office. Meanwhile the team is aware I live 1.5 hours commuting distance from the office but expects me to be there the same time they are -the only positive from the interview process is that they said I would need to use my own laptop for this job, they would not provide any company equipment whatsoever. But when I started the job, they provided a nice company laptop for me to use

I was given a computer test that assessed my math, attention to detail, and comprehension skills. Following that, I had conversations with both the senior individual in the role and the manager. They were both very pleasant and great people, making the interview feel quite comfortable, and I'd be happy to chat with them again anytime. The discussions focused more on personality rather than specific job skills. This company and its management seem genuinely invested in their employees and are keen on supporting your professional development within your position.

I applied as a high school student and then got a phone call asking about my availability, languages, and hour expectations. I got an email for an interview with the Franchise Owner, which was in the morning during the week to avoid crowds. My interview was a bit over 15 minutes long. She asked me about my references and said she'd call them after the interview, depending on how I did. She told me I did great, and then didn't even end up calling my references. I got a job offer a few hours later and was able to start on a day that worked for me, allowing me to go to CNE the day before. They also have a new training program that started in August 2015, with a new approach and a booklet of interview questions and example answers.
