I had a really smooth and quick recruitment process that was all done in one day. It started with a nice welcome and an outline of what would happen, and I met both the HR person and the hiring manager. The HR interview was about my background, why I wanted to join, and if I'd fit in. The user interview was more about my technical skills and if I'd work well with the team. After a short break, they gave me feedback and told me what to expect next. The interviewers were professional and really thorough, so it all felt easy and I learned a lot.
