Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was quick and easy. I applied a few weeks prior and was surprised to be contacted after some time had passed. After a couple of emails asking if I was still interested, I confirmed and set up a phone call. That went well, and I was soon scheduled for an in-person interview. When I arrived, I met with the hiring manager and an HR representative. It was a relaxed atmosphere with typical interview questions about my experience, skills, and behaviors. After the interview, I was asked to shadow a current CSR to get a feel for the job. They mentioned they don't usually do this and that it suggested I was their top candidate. Then, I met with the main manager for the department and had another casual interview. Once he was happy with my responses and I felt I had the information I needed, we finished. The entire process took about 3 hours, and I was very confident about getting the job, especially after they called me their top candidate. However, over a week later, I was told they hired someone else, which was pretty frustrating.

I applied on the website and then got an email from a recruiter to set up a phone interview with a team lead, which lasted about 15-20 minutes and had some good, challenging questions. A few days later, the recruiter emailed again to invite me for a face-to-face interview with 5 people who asked me a bunch of specific scenario-based questions. After that, I got to shadow the job for a bit, which was awesome because it showed me exactly what the role entails. I got an offer soon after and accepted it the next day. It was a great experience, and it was clear they really care about hiring the right people.

So first I had this phone interview, kinda short, like 20 mins, and they asked me about 7 questions. Then, after like a couple of weeks, they rang me up to ask me to come in for a face-to-face interview at their office. When I got there, there were 3 people who were really nice and friendly, and they asked me some questions. The vibe in this interview was pretty chill and relaxed.
