The interview process was long and they didn't respectfully declare the rejection reason for the final interview after passing all previous ones. The process involved an initial interview, then a second interview, followed by an IQ test, and then two more interviews. If they decided not to move you to the next level at any point, they would suddenly disappear without providing any proper, respectful feedback.

The interview process was smooth but a bit lengthy. It started with a screening interview which was quite friendly. This was followed by two technical interviews that were detailed and direct, but the interviewers were really nice and welcoming. Finally, there was a culture fit interview, which was also friendly, helpful, and welcoming, just like the others.

I applied online and heard back in a couple of weeks. The first chat with the recruiter went over time, and I didn't get to ask any questions. Then, I had a good interview with another Product Owner about real-life scenarios, and they gave me positive feedback. The last interview was with the direct manager, who was late and only gave a quick apology. It started off weird, and then they used slang/AAVE right after I introduced myself. As a black person, I'm not sure if it was meant to be offensive or if they just didn't realize.
