Product Manager
The recruiting team was great with info, sending docs about the steps and prep. It felt like I had enough time to get ready, no surprises. The only thing was the timelines they gave were a bit off and it took longer than they said, but that's pretty normal. I talked to the recruiter, a team member, the manager, and someone from a totally different department. Overall, it was organized and I felt informed, better than other places I've interviewed.
- If a client wanted to create an app using an LLM, what inquiries would you make?
Product Manager
I had an online interview with someone from Talent Acquisition. They seemed nice enough, but honestly, they were distracted, looking at their phone and other screens, and even talking to someone else nearby. Considering how much time applicants put into these interviews, I expected a bit more focus and professionalism on that initial call.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Describe a product that you're particularly proud of.
- Walk me through your most recent work experience.
Product Manager
The interview process was not very professional. The interviewer was late for both rounds (different persons), took other calls in between the interview, repeated the same question, and was expected to give different answers.
- Can you share your experience and tell me what you know about Builderai?
