Software Engineer
We started with an intro phone call that was about an hour long, split evenly between questions and a company/interviewer overview. After that, there was an online coding test via HackerEarth. Honestly, it's a really bad platform for C# testing. The instructions said you'd get a string array, but you actually get the array as a string from Console.Read, which is formatted like "[5,0,1,14,2,8]", not a standard string[]. Also, they say 'Build a function,' but you really need to build a whole console app with all the necessary 'using' statements. The actual algorithm is simple, but the HackerEarth system made a quick problem take 45 minutes. The final stage was an on-site interview, which seems pretty standard based on others' experiences. My main advice: get very familiar with HackerEarth's system, do more than just the practice test. Despite what the instructions say, C# is the ONLY language allowed for the test, so don't practice with others. Make sure to do a practice test that covers returning all the main data types (strings, ints, lists, arrays, objects) to feel comfortable with their system.

Customer Service Representative
Applied and got contacted by HR to set up a quick typing/computer test. After that, the same HR person got in touch to set up a phone interview about my background and why I'm interested. It was a chill chat, not super intense, lasted about 20 mins. They said they'd reach out about what's next. Soon after, I got a call to book an in-person interview at the main office. It was with the manager of the Customer Love team, went for about an hour. We went over my resume, talked about good and bad customer service examples, and touched on the company's vibe and aims. They mentioned they were interviewing everyone that week and would get back to me. Right after I got home and sent a thank you, HR called with an offer. I accepted it verbally, pending a background check. Once that cleared, I got a confirmation with my start date. The whole thing was pretty smooth and everyone was really nice.
- Can you share an instance where you delivered outstanding customer service, and what was the outcome?
- Describe a situation where you had to handle an upset customer and how you managed to fix it.
Human Resources/Recruiting
The interview process was super straightforward. I applied online via Indeed, had a quick phone chat with a recruiter, and then went for an onsite interview with the team I'd be joining. The whole thing wrapped up in about a week and a half. The interviews themselves were really conversational, which I liked. Maybe it's different for more technical roles, though. After the onsite, I just knew this was the place for me – the vibe, the people, and the role were exactly what I was hoping for.
- Be ready to discuss your resume.
- Be prepared to give specific examples.
- Prepare some good questions to ask.
Vehicle Graphics
First, I got emails and a call. The communication was a good mix of chill and professional. They asked me to come in for an interview and were good about scheduling and letting me know things. Showing up was kinda funny, I heard someone playing ping pong, and a customer told me it was the production manager. The lobby was nice and the signs customers took were cool. They showed me through the production area, and I was blown away by how big and well-organized it was. The two people interviewing me were very direct and practical, asking questions in a way that made sense to both of us. I really respected how they were, it made me feel like I could be myself.
- Can you walk me through your previous jobs and responsibilities?
