Inside Sales Representative
I filled out an application online and submitted a typing certificate. A couple weeks later, I had a phone screen. About a week after that, I had a face-to-face interview. A couple days after that, I had another face-to-face with executives. The whole process took about a month. The phone interview was a little odd because I could hear the person typing and taking notes. The first interview was with a few people, including a sales director. The second interview was with a panel of board directors and/or executives. The second interview was more relaxed than the first, which made the environment feel fun.
- Tell me about a time you made a significant mistake and how you resolved it.
Inside Sales Representative
I went through three interviews for this job and ended up getting it, but honestly, the whole thing was pretty silly. It wasn't really about my actual skills, but more about how well I could talk my way through it with the interviewers. The recruiter even mentioned after I got hired that the drug test was basically a formality and that anyone smart could pass it easily.
- Was the question asked if you liked money?
- How hard would you fight for money?
Inside Sales Representative
The interview was very friendly, open, and engaging. I didn't feel any pressure. It felt like I was already part of the family from the moment I walked in. Everyone was friendly right away, and they even gave me a tour of the building before my interview even started!
- How do you think you would fit into our company culture?
- Can you see yourself staying with us for a long time?
