The interview was about 45 minutes long and they wanted business professional attire. They acknowledged the role can lead to burnout with a caseload of 70-80 clients a month, likely involving weekly 30-minute meetings, with expected hours from 8 to 5. The company emphasizes reading and absorbing their materials. It's described more as accountability coaching focused on meeting objectives rather than a deep coaching process. They're looking for someone committed to the role long-term and not seeking rapid advancement. There isn't much opportunity for promotion. The starting salary is 65k, with commissions possible after the first year.

It was a three-round interview process. The first was an electronic phone interview with about 5 questions. Then, the second interview was with one of the 4 head coaches. It lasted about 12 minutes and then he asked me if I had any questions for him. This took us to 30 min. They also give you an opportunity to ask them questions, so have some ready! The third interview was with two people, a different head coach and a head of HR. They tag-teamed and asked more challenging questions based on my answers. All interviews were very personable, upbeat, and nice. It took 2 weeks to find out if I made the cut after the third interview. My advice is to do your homework and practice interviewing. I used STAR statements and got straight to the point when I answered. Follow up with thank you letters. The biggest thing I recommend is to find someone to refer you in. This is my 3rd time applying and I feel like I got to interview because I found someone on the inside due to my network. I wrote a letter and sent it out to family, friends, professors, etc. I made the cut! Good luck! Preparedness meets opportunity!

There were 2 interviews. The first one was a sit-down interview at the office with their leadership team. If you passed that, you then had a second interview where you had to role play a coaching scenario over the phone with one of the leaders.
