There were 3 interviews to go through. The first one was a screener, where they asked about my resume and some generic questions like where I like to shop and my past experience. For the second interview, I had to pull items from a specific category and discuss what items I would have bought and passed on, explaining why. This is basically a test to see if I'm keeping up with trends, and it sounds like a bigger deal than it is. If they ask you back for a third interview, you got it! The third interview is when they review the position and have you fill out paperwork if you bring the right documents, so it's where they offer you the position.

So the first part of the interview happened in the changing room area. The interviewer asked stuff they already asked on the phone yesterday, like "Why do you want to work here?" and "What's your personal style inspiration?". Then I had to pick clothes I'd stock and ones I wouldn't as an Entry Buyer. After that, I signed a form about being a felon and we set up another interview for tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

the process is pretty simple, it took about 2-3 interviews. One of the interviews involved a manager observe you analyzing a stack of clothing to see if you would buy or reject an item. They ask about your work experience and if you're aware of current trends and what your favorite brands are.
