It was a hiring event. I had to wait 2 hours just to get to the second round of interviews. Then, I had to wait another 2 hours to meet with the next manager. It was a really long process, and since it was for part-time work, a lot of people couldn't stick around for that long.

So first they gave me a call for a phone interview, and if I passed that they set me up for an in-person interview. I passed the phone part, then I talked to the hiring manager, and if you pass with him, you get scheduled for a second interview with the district manager. My interview was at 1:00pm and I got there at 12:50 sharp! Punctuality is super important (being even a minute late makes a bad impression) so if you show up a little early they'll notice and really like it. The questions were pretty simple, they're just looking for people who are hardworking, dedicated, and dependable, so make sure your answers show how dependable and hardworking you are. The whole thing took about 30-40 minutes and they offered me the job!

Got a phone call about 3 days after I applied. Then I had an interview at the actual store, I think that was the first one. After that, I interviewed at the corporate office. Then I had to do a drug test for THC, gotta be under 50 mcg. They asked the usual stuff and told me how awesome the company is, and really tried to see if I had good morals.
