I applied online and the whole process took about 4 weeks. The first stage was an Excel test where the recruiter sent me a spreadsheet to complete within an hour. After that, I had a second round with the hiring manager. They asked me about my background, skills, and experiences listed on my resume. We also discussed the Excel test in detail and they presented a few scenarios related to it.

It was a hiring event. I had to wait 2 hours just to get to the second round of interviews. Then, I had to wait another 2 hours to meet with the next manager. It was a really long process, and since it was for part-time work, a lot of people couldn't stick around for that long.

Applied for the Analyst role and waited about 6-7 weeks for a response. A recruiter eventually emailed asking about availability for an Excel assessment. After confirming, I received the test with intermediate to advanced Excel questions about sales data. Submitted the assessment, then was told the interview would be in three more weeks. On the interview day, it was supposed to be two hours with three interviewers, but only one showed up. They asked basic questions like 'Tell me about yourself' and discussed the assessment. The whole process felt disorganized and old-fashioned. It took nearly two months from applying to get any contact, which seemed off. My friend had the exact same experience with this job and company, making me think it might have been a fake job posting. Left me wondering about the role's and company's honesty.

Had 2 phone interviews, first with an assistant general manager, second with the department manager. They mostly want to know you like working and that you know there's only a 5-min 'moment' for food and no other breaks. You can't sit except for the toilets and offices, no break room, just a standing table in the warehouse, so you must be able to stand and walk for 8+ hours. They want to make sure you know the job can be tough physically, with restocking items up to 25lbs. They need to know you can keep a cheerful attitude while working every minute of the shift.
