So, it was pretty good. First, there was an online test. Then they called us in for the interview. The very first round was online, where they asked me about my past projects and gave me a coding question about trees.

The interview was a 30-minute Zoom call. It included some motivation questions and then some competency questions. The interviewers were nice and friendly. It wasn't very technical or unusual. Overall, it was a good experience.

The hiring journey has 4 main steps. First, you send in your CV, which should show off your skills and what you've done before. Then, you do an online test to see how good you are at analyzing things and solving problems. If you do well on that, you'll do a video interview where you can show how you communicate and what drives you. Lastly, you go to an assessment centre for group tasks and individual challenges, where they can see how you work in a team, lead, and think on your feet. This whole thing helps us figure out who's the best match for the job.
