The interview process was challenging because I was taken by surprise by the questions. It wasn't what I had anticipated. Nevertheless, it was a beneficial experience overall. I found it difficult at first since the question caught me off guard. It wasn't the type of question I expected, but in the end, it proved to be a valuable and insightful process.

It started off with a telephone interview that was about 15-20 minutes long, where they asked me why I was interested in the role and what I knew about the company. About a week after that, I had an in-person interview that lasted approximately 30-40 minutes. During this interview, I was asked to provide examples of good customer service, explain why I want this job and why I want to work for BT, and discuss the reliability of my transport, along with similar questions.

Had a phone call with a really nice person. After passing that, I went to the office for an in-person interview. The office looked a bit run down, but it was alright. What baffled me was being told I couldn't speak Welsh to Welsh-speaking customers because the staff wouldn't understand. They're really focused on the STAR method.
