It was a two step interview process; both were done over the phone. The first stage was more general, asking about what I knew of the company, why I wanted the job, previous experience, about the company values and why they were important, and some strength based questions. The interviewer was very relaxed and chatty which put me at ease, he told me at the end that I did great and he was going to progress me to the next stage (he even told me what to expect and gave me hints). For the second interview, we were sent two media clips to listen to before hand, which were example phone calls between a BT employee and a customer. We were asked to note what was good and if we would do anything differently. Then we did some role play where the interviewer acted as a difficult customer and we had to respond appropriately. The first overview probably lasted about 20 mins and the second interview was about 30/40 mins.

Senior Consultant
There were two rounds - first a written technical test that tested your Java concepts and then a technical face to face discussion. In the face to face, they asked me about the projects I had worked on and my technical knowledge. They also asked challenging questions on how I would design an application and what performance considerations to be taken care of. They also asked if I had worked in DSL. The interviewer was friendly.

- What do you know about Java?
- How would you approach designing an application?

I completed an online form and an online assessment, then had a phone interview. After that, I went to a group assessment with seven people. The manager seemed to only interact with the younger women, not me. We had an icebreaker, a tour, and were supposed to pair up with an employee, but the manager said there were no headsets. We also did a group task where the manager again focused on the younger women and ignored me. Overall, it was a bad experience.
