Inside Sales Representative
It was a really straightforward and pleasant interview experience. Started with a single phone call, then I went in for an in-person meeting. I met with a Sales Director and we talked about my past experience, what I aim for, and what I'm looking for. I got the offer right after.
- What drives you and what are your ambitions?
Inside Sales
It was a very laid back interview. They asked questions about my sales history, my desired improvements, and my future career goals. The interviewer was easy to talk to and offered guidance when needed, making it feel like a natural conversation.
- Could you describe your previous sales experience and explain how it relates to this position?
- What are your goals for professional development in sales?
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Sales Professional
First, there was an interview with the District Manager. Then, a phone interview with the regional manager. Lastly, a phone/face-to-face interview with the Regional Vice President of Sales, which was an informal interview over coffee. The DM was professional and made the position seem super enticing.
- Tell me about your strengths.
- What unique value do you offer?
