I have applied to many jobs at BSI and have even gotten to a phone interview, but then I was ghosted. This happened more than once. I never received any updates or even a rejection. I have years of experience in the TIC industry, so it's not a lack of qualifications, it's a lack of communication. A quick follow-up would be a basic sign of respect for candidates.

It was a very open and pleasant conversation with general, colorful descriptions from the interviewers about their own work at the company, what they did before, and how they joined the company. At the beginning, the company's history was told, which I personally found very touching to make me, as a candidate, more familiar with the company. I also spoke very openly about myself and my experiences and why the company appealed to me. The interview was conducted by two interviewers. At the end of the conversation, I was told that they wanted to invite me for a second meeting. According to the recruiting agency, it was supposed to be a final meeting followed by a job offer. Unfortunately, it didn't come to that, as they decided on another candidate at the last moment.

The hiring process was a two-step one. First, I had an interview with a recruiter, and after that went well, I had an interview with the Country Manager. Even though they said I did well, I never heard back from them after asking about the status, so that was that.
