My experience applying for the role was really bad. I applied and heard back from a recruiter a few days later for a chat about the job. We both thought I'd be a good fit, so they sent my info to the hiring manager and the scheduling team. They set up an interview, but an hour later I got a message saying that time didn't work and asked me to reschedule for the next Monday. On Sunday, the hiring manager emailed to say they had COVID and we needed to reschedule again. Then, 30 minutes before the *second* rescheduled interview, I got an email from the recruiter saying the hiring manager was still sick and couldn't make it. After three no-shows, I was super frustrated but decided to be understanding. A week later, I checked my application status and saw I was rejected, but I hadn't been told anything. I reached out to the recruiter to ask what was happening and if I was still being considered, but never heard back. Moral of the story: don't waste your time with BSI. It was a shocking experience. Makes you wonder what it's like to work there. Probably chaotic if this is their hiring process. Avoid them completely - you're just a number to them, like they probably do business.

It was a month-long process with three interview rounds. The first was a quick intro, and then there were two more rounds focused on my skills. I had a really good time, the people interviewing me were great and easy to talk to.

The interview process was quite straightforward. It began with a phone call where they asked some very basic questions about me and my past work experience. Following that, I completed an online psychometric assessment. The final stage involved a face-to-face meeting with both the manager and the general manager. Notably, there was no HR interview conducted. Overall, the interviews were pretty basic.
