Senior Consultant
Four interviews in total, which seemed to be the norm for consulting roles in the UK. It started with an HR call asking standard CV questions. Then there was an informative interview with a manager, followed by another interview with a manager that included both behavioral questions and a small case. The final interview was with two senior leaders.
- Can you tell me about your CV?
- Tell me about yourself/your experience (behavioral)
- Let's work through this small case study together.

The interview process was super smooth and the HR person I talked to was really helpful and communicative. After each interview, she'd call me to talk about how it went and give me feedback from the interviewers. It was a really good experience.
- Considering the proprietary tool, how would you apply it in client engagements?
Consultant
It was a very thorough process with different interview levels, including technical and soft skills assessments. The stages were: level 1 phone interview, level 2 assessment, level 3 phone interview, level 4 Skype interview, level 5 in-person interview, level 6 panel interview, and finally a level 7 personality test.
