I had to meet with at least three people from the nursing program, including the dean, clinical coordinator, and a staff member. There might have been more depending on staff availability. I didn't get to meet with higher management until after they offered me the job.

I saw the ad and emailed. The Program Director emailed me back and we had a meeting. The interview was mostly a chat to get to know each other. We both asked questions and talked about teaching and the study. They offered me to teach a few classes and I chose one that started the next week.

It was a really straightforward process. I had a quick, casual chat with the dean of instruction. We talked about my past experience and if I was interested in the job. He also asked how I handle managing a classroom. He took some time to tell me about how the college's schedule is set up and what classes I could potentially teach as an adjunct.
