Talked to a recruiter first. Then I did a 2-hour skills assessment to check my writing abilities. After that, I had an in-person interview which lasted about 2 hours where I met with two account researchers, an executive, an account director, and a director. The last interview was a phone call with a partner. It wasn't super hard, but they really want to see if you fit their company culture.

A casual conversation with a senior executive and the HR manager, plus a written test for candidates' Chinese and English writing skills, summarizing abilities, and time management. A good command of English, Chinese, and Mandarin is essential. Generally, the interviewer does not put pressure on the candidate. No tough or difficult questions at all.
