After a first call, I was told I was a great fit, but then they went silent for three weeks. I thought they had hired someone else, but then they said they were happy for me to interview with the hiring manager. That went well, so they brought me in for four final interviews with about six people. It all seemed to go fine, but then they ghosted me again for four weeks. Finally, they told me they weren't interested for this role and wanted to keep looking. The people were nice, but the process was too long and felt all over the place.

Had a screening with a recruiter that went great. Had a follow up with hiring manager that I also thought went well, and I really liked both people I spoke with. Then I was ghosted. They replied to my thank you email saying they would let me know soon. I followed up twice after not hearing for over a week, received nothing. Very disappointing, i find it extremely ironic when a company spend a good portion of an interview talking about how well the workers are treated but then they can’t send a simple rejection letter to their candidates.

The interview was pretty fast, just 2 rounds. One was with management and the other with HR. It was super chill and not technical at all. They mostly asked about how I'd handle situations, manage my workload, and know when to ask for help. It seems like being able to manage yourself is important when there aren't many people.

I went through a few rounds of interviews. It started with an agency interview, then a hiring manager interview. The role was paused for a bit, but then the agency reached out again. After that, I had another interview with the hiring manager, followed by four 1:1 interviews with various executives. Finally, I had three interviews with potential direct reports. Most of the interviews were virtual, but there was one in-person session that involved multiple interviews.
