The process involved a mix of panel and individual interviews, an HR screening, and a writing test. It was a pleasant experience where they assessed my general interest in the media and business landscape, and I had time for questions.

Behavioral Presentation

Recruitment was really unprofessional, had to chase the HR person a lot who ignored my check-ins multiple times. They showed no consideration or respect for FTEs, giving less than 24h or 12h notice for a 4h assessment center the next day. The interviews themselves were pretty easy with normal questions. The AC was interesting, focusing on a company's public stance after an acquisition. The salary offer doesn't match London's cost of living, and there's no bonus for the first year. Any bonus after that is discretionary, not based on clear KPIs, which feels like a sketchy way to lowball.
